What are digital textbooks and how do I use them through the library?

Answer

Digital textbooks are books that you can access by logging into OneSearch and viewing on your computer or phone.  These are free to use but they do have a 4-hour long check out time, just like most of our physical textbooks.

Every textbook has a limited number of users who can access the book in a given time.  This is based on the number of items that the library owns.  To access a digital textbooks, click on the Sign In link .

Once you have signed in, PDF chapters will now appear as a link so that you can access the book.

If the book is in use, you will be able to add yourself to the waitlist.  Once the book is available, you will be notified that the book is available for you to use.

Note: you will not be able to print, download, or save the book.
