Currently enrolled Grossmont College students can access online library material from off-campus by using their firstname.lastname@gcccd.edu as their login and their 6-digit birthday as the password. 

If you are still have problems, please go through the following steps:

  Are you a currently enrolled student? 

• Only currently enrolled Grossmont College students have off-campus access to library materials.

  Have you been enrolled in Grossmont over about 18-months?

• The default password expires after about 18 months.  So try updating your password.  
• To do this, you will need to update your Grossmont College.  Even if you didn't realize you had a Grossmont College email address try updating the password.  Changing your email password will also update your library password.
• Access instructions for accessing your Student Email Account.

  Do you have numbers at the end of your Canvas login?

• Include the numbers after your name.

  Did you shorten your login to the first 20 characters?

• Logins no longer require for you to shorten your name.  Please use your entire name regardless of length.

  Still having problems with your login?
